SciComm for Scientists
The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Kolkata plans to conduct an online workshop on science communication for students enrolled in Masters’ and PhD courses. The resource persons for the workshop would include faculty members of IISER Kolkata, some eminent scientists who are also well known for their science communication activities and professional science communicators. The workshop would involve talks, as well as hands-on activity sessions.

Please note that the curriculum of this workshop has been designed for beginners. Hence, only candidates who have not attended professional science communication workshops and/or are not engaged in extensive science communication activities were selected. The selection process was based on your submitted CVs, which were scored by a panel of judges and the top 30 applicants who do not have prior experience of attending similar workshops have been selected.
